In 2002 I received an email from
Jamie Hook, inviting people to invest in an independent film he was beginning production on,
The Naked Proof. Although I didn't have any money to offer him, I sent Jamie mail offering to trade access to the set for production stills, which (after a brief interview over coffee at Victrola) he agreed to.
This was a great project, because it allowed me to iteratively shoot in roughly the same situation for several months — I'd shoot, look at the proof sheets, and go back and shoot some more, having learned from what I saw on the proof sheets.
This project is also notable because it gave me an excuse to have an entry in the
IMDB, which is silly fun.
